Two modes of collective practice
We design immersive gatherings for those who carry the work of community care, grounding professional development in ancestral wisdom and creative expression or for communities navigating evolving hopes and challenges.
For helping professionals
For community circles
Restorative and /or developmental retreats for front line workers, health professionals, educators, and social workers. We integrate land-based connection, somatic memory and expressive arts to meet the needs of your group. Topics may include : Indigenous lens to the collective and individual impacts of trauma, stepping out of rescuing into supporting, process vicarious trauma and rebuild collective resilience.
Land-connected, trauma responsive workshops tailored for First Nation communities, and grassroots groups. We weave together elements of therapy, land connection, play and connection to restore relational rhythms and navigate community challenges and losses.

How we work together
Roots and Relationships
Material expression
We begin by establishing relationship with ourselves, each other , the land , curiosity and then the learning or experiencing requested by the group.
Using art, play , creative expression and body work we give physical form and experiences that support intellectual and emotional connections with the learning.
